Nashville is home to many houses that retain original 18th, 19th, and early 20th-century hardwood floors, but too often they have been neglected or improperly refinished to the point of ruin. Regular sanding machines can damage historic floors irreparably; to retain their natural character and longevity we instead restore these hardwood floors by hand with the most delicate techniques possible.
